Plantasia 2026 was a Smashing Success

On April 11th, The Charleston Arborist spent the day under beautiful grand oaks for Charleston Horticulture Society’s beloved Plantasia event. Horticulturists, naturalists, arborists, and plant lovers from across the region gathered to share their knowledge and passion for our Lowcountry and all that it has to offer.

We set up in the children’s area to feature tree identification and nature crafts. We discovered that not only kids were delighted, but parents and grandparents, too! Everyone especially enjoyed the observation discs, also known as frogs. The kids loved taking home their leaf, feather, and flower treasures.

A heartfelt thank you to Plantasia and all who keep this wonderful tradition growing. 💚

We can’t wait until next year!
